Our standards protect every driver and every vehicle. Rental eligibility, deposits, kilometre allowances and charges may vary by vehicle; final terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.
Valid driver’s licence
01A valid driver’s licence must be presented before vehicle pickup.
Security deposit
02A refundable security deposit is required and varies depending on the vehicle.
Insurance
03Renters must have valid insurance or purchase and qualify for coverage offered by Lavish Car Rental.
Payment
04The full rental payment and security deposit must be completed before the vehicle is released.
Additional drivers
05Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Mileage limit
06Each rental includes a daily kilometre allowance. Additional kilometres are charged at the applicable rate.
Fuel
07The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level or a refuelling fee will apply.
No smoking
08Smoking is strictly prohibited. A cleaning and deodorizing fee of up to $300 may apply.
Pets
09Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Tickets and tolls
10The renter is responsible for parking tickets, traffic violations, tolls and related administrative fees.
Damage
11Any accident, damage, theft or vandalism must be reported immediately.
Late returns
12Late-return fees apply unless an extension is approved in advance.
Cleaning
13Excessive dirt, stains, odours or interior damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
Prohibited use
14No racing, drifting, track use, towing, off-roading, illegal activity or reckless driving.
